HWRSD REGISTRATION
Registration for the 2026/27 School Year is OPEN!
Welcome to the Hamilton-Wenham Regional School District! Our student registration is online through PowerSchool. To start the process of New Student Registration, please fill out this FORM (siblings too). The Registrar will review the Pre-Registration Form, and once it is approved, you will receive an email with login credentials and detailed instructions to complete the Registration Process.

You will need to complete EVERY form and upload all of the required documents before we can review and process the registration. We are not able to accept partial registration without all the required documents. For more detailed instructions, please visit THIS PAGE.

Parents, Caregivers, and HW Community,
We would like to invite all eligible incoming kindergarten families to register for the 2026/27 School Year. To be eligible for kindergarten for the 2026/27 school year, your child must turn 5 years old prior to September 1, 2026.
MARK YOUR CALENDARS: We will host a Kindergarten Parent Information Session on Tuesday, February 24th at 6 PM at Winthrop School. The Kindergarten Parent Information Session will include a general overview of kindergarten, the screening process, information on how to prepare for kindergarten, and a look at a typical day of a kindergartener.
HOW TO REGISTER: HWRSD Registration is online through PowerSchool. Please use this LINK to submit your PreRegistration Form (siblings of current students too!) Once it is approved, you will receive an email with login credentials and detailed instructions to complete the registration process. Be sure to review the required documents before you begin the online registration.
This is the start of an amazing educational journey for your children in the Hamilton-Wenham Regional School District. Our goal is always to work together to nurture confident, cooperative, and independent kindergarten learners. We look forward to meeting our new students soon!
