HWRHS Model UN Students
Jennifer Caufield

This past weekend, some of our HWRHS Model UN club members participated in a Model UN conference in Boston! Congrats to Jonah Nordin on Outstanding Delegate.

Model United Nations, also known as Model UN or MUN, is an extracurricular activity in which students typically role-play delegates to the United Nations and simulate UN committees. This activity takes place at MUN conferences, which is usually organized by a high school or college MUN club. At the end of most conferences, outstanding delegates in each committee are recognized and given awards for their debate, cooperation, and decorum.

Winthrop Open house post
Jennifer Caufield

In response to requests from community members, we have scheduled one last event on March 31st. Please join me, teachers, staff, architects, and the project management team for an Open House with Q&A at Winthrop School. We will be available to answer your questions and provide insight into the project.

As we conclude our community forums, meetings, and tours addressing residents’ questions about the proposed HW Elementary School Project, we recognize that many still have questions and thoughts about how best to improve the elementary learning experience for our students and staff in Hamilton-Wenham. We look forward to seeing many of you there!
