Winthrop School students brighten holiday for seniors

The holiday season is a time to enjoy fun and food with family. This year, COVID-19 restrictions prevented many people from celebrating Thanksgiving with their families, including some senior citizens who have been isolated for almost nine months. Winthrop School students in both cohorts made 120 Thanksgiving cards for seniors in Hamilton and Wenham who participate in the Meals on Wheels program. The cards were brought to the Hamilton Senior Center and delivered with meals Thanksgiving Week.
