Are there major drainage and wetland issues that will be impacted by building a new school on the Cutler property, and have the mitigation costs for septic and drainage been considered?

Watch Eric Tracy answer the question HERE, begins at the 37:01 minute-mark.

Environmental and civil engineers have studied and reviewed the site extensively (read the report), all available online resources (e.g., Town GIS, MassMapper, historical USGS maps), as well as any record drawings. We see no mention or evidence of any wetland hydrologic connection within or immediately adjacent to the site. The new design avoids wetland areas and includes updated drainage systems that improve current conditions. Permitting agencies will continue to oversee compliance with all environmental regulations. Septic plans, stormwater drainage, and management are included in the project scope and budget for the Hamilton-Wenham Elementary School project.
