The Cutler School was accepted into the program in 2022 after submitting 4 Statements of Interest previously.
It was one of just 17 projects selected in that round.
The School Building Committee then studied 24 sites within Hamilton and Wenham, resulting in the evaluation of 14 design options
The Preferred Schematic Report included new construction, renovation, addition, and consolidation choices of not only Cutler School, but Buker and Winthrop Schools as well.
Using detailed evaluation criteria from this process, the school building committee selected a single design option.
