2026-2031 Strategic Planning Committee
We are beginning development of our 2026-2031 Strategic Plan, which will serve as our essential roadmap for the next five years, guiding our teaching, learning, facilities, and operations. To be successful, the plan must reflect the collective values and areas where we, as a community, want to grow and improve.
Our work will be centered on the Instructional Core, the interaction between the student, the teacher, and the content, while focusing on academic and social-emotional outcomes. We have a diverse, energetic group of volunteers serving on the Strategic Planning Committee (SPC). This committee will be instrumental in analyzing our current context, envisioning our future, and drafting a plan that serves as our district’s "North Star."
Our ultimate goal is to create a dynamic plan that prepares every student in our care to “engage with the future with creativity and confidence.” Director of Teaching & Learning Jennifer Clifford and I are eager to work alongside the committee as we embark on this exciting journey.
The committee will meet on the following dates in the High School/Middle School library between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM:
- February 4, 2026: Introductions and Orientation | Presentation
- February 25, 2026: Data Investigation and Core Values | Presentation
- March 11, 2026: Identifying Pillars and Strategic Objectives | Presentation
- March 25, 2026: Developing Strategic Initiatives | Presentation
- April 8, 2026: Finalizing Initiatives and Outcomes | Presentation
- April 29, 2026: Final Review and Theory of Action
- May 6, 2026
