Theory of Action
An organization’s theory of action represents a set of actions that will be implemented in order to improve the organization and help it reach its mission. The theory of action is closely related to the strategic objectives and how their implementation will lead to organizational improvement. Hamilton-Wenham Regional School District’s Theory of Action:
