KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION & INFORMATION PAGE
The listed documents below must also be provided at the time of registration, partial registration packets cannot be accepted.
- Copy of Birth Certificate or Passport
- Copy of most recent immunization record
- Copy of most recent physical
- Copy of residency information, only "1" of the following is needed
- "Utility Bill" most recent with your name and address OR
- "Lease" OR
- "Purchase & Sales Agreement" this must be executed with the signatures of all parties.
Kindergarten Registration for the Hamilton-Wenham Regional School District for the 2017-18 school year is ongoing for residents. We encourage you to register your child entering kindergarten by April 14, 2017. Doing so will ensure you receive your child's placement notification by early May 2017.
All registrations are accepted during the normal business hours of 8:00 am-4:00 pm Monday thru Friday in the Superintendent's Office, Room 20, 5 School Street, Wenham, MA
