Treasurers Report
- Laurie Wilson presented the final treasurers report for the Friends of HWRHS. $1,147 will be moved into the Friends of HWRHS/MS account to close the HS account.
- The directory and dues will bring in approximately $10,000 net to the Friends. The group discussed uses for the money, including MRMS/HS teacher birthday bars, Teacher Appreciation Luncheons, Teacher Appreciation Week “treats”, and Student of the Week gift certificates.
- The directory will be mailed within the next couple of weeks.

An updated list of Coordinators for fundraisers and Friends-sponsored-activities are:

Coordinators are still needed for
- a 2010-2011 academic year calendar fundraiser,
- Crosby Recipts,
- Spare Change Drive
- 8th grade Dinner Dance.
- Pancake Breakfast and Auction will be 2010-2011 fundraisers.

- HW Stuff will be available for sale at http://hwstuff.com/ from Nov 15-Dec 6. Liz Heffernan will put “news releases” in the Chronicle and Salem Evening News.
Matt Fox
- Friends group can put minutes and information on the website.
- Principal’s coffees are scheduled for 9am on the following Friday mornings: Oct 30, Dec 4, Jan 29, Feb 26, March 26, April 30 and May 28. Each meeting will have a speaker and then there will be an opportunity for open discussion with Principal Matt Fox. All are welcome!!
- The Friends voted to approve to allocate $600 to middle school after school snacks.
