Buker Family Bulletin Dear Buker Families, On behalf of the Buker staff, I would like to wish everyone a safe and enjoyable holiday season. This is a busy and exciting time for all of us and the vacation break is a welcomed rest. The students have worked hard over these last months and I am sure they will have a great vacation. DECEMBER CULTURAL ENRICHMENT Dec. 15-18 –Imagination in Action: Imagination in Action’s 4-day residency provides an in-depth exploration of the language of movement.  Through movement, reflection and focus, students engage in the creation of narrative.  Students learn to listen with their eyes, speak with their movements, read with their imagination, and write with choreographic pattern. The sessions are interactive, creative and energetic, using mime and dance as language, with a focus on literacy and communication skills through movement.  The program will culminate with a 4^th grade student performance for 4^th grade parents on Friday, Dec. 18^th at 2:15pm.  Dec. 21 – Hamilton-Wenham School of Dance Performance:  The local dance company will perform several selections from their holiday performances.  Grades K-5 assembly.
